Man/Woman
A Conversation About Gender
A Conversation About Gender
March 7-8, 2020
From the moment of birth, the shape of your crotch determines your set of responsibilities, expectations, obligations, and your share of privileges – societies prejudice has direct bearing therefore on all our behaviors and expectations.
Man/Woman discusses male and female as socially created identities based upon a biological distinction. This course examines the myths and realities underlying gender and describes the principles of mutually rewarding relationships.
This course describes the differences in cultural conditioning that we operate with as men and women. The message we get about women is that they are complicated and mysterious, so don’t even try to understand them. The message we get about men is that they are dense and impenetrable, impossible to get through to, so give up hope now!
Over 2 days, the Man/Woman course lays it all out so that you see that there’s a game going on. Once you understand the game, these socially constructed identities that we’ve picked up can actually serve you and maximize the intimacy and fun that is available.
